What are your opening hours?
Our outlet operates from 11:30am – 10pm on Sundays to Thursdays, and from 11:30am – 11pm on Fridays & Saturdays, public holidays and eve of public holidays.
What time is your last order?
Our last order for coffee & hot drinks is 1 hour before closing time. Our last order for waffles is 30 minutes before closing time.
Do you accept reservations?
Unfortunately we do not accept reservations. If you require assistance, please do approach our staff.
What payment modes do you accept?
We accept cash, NETS, PayNow, GrabPay & ShopbackPay. We also accept CDC vouchers.
Is your store halal?
Unfortunately we are not halal certified. We have a few alcohol-based flavours. We do not use pork products, gelatin nor alcohol in our other items.
Do you do delivery?
We currently do not have in-house delivery available. Our delivery menu, including waffles and coffee, is available within the service areas of our delivery partners, GrabFood, Foodpanda and Deliveroo.
Can I order your ice cream for an event?
Yes, certainly. Please email us at hello@holycowcreamery.sg with more details about your event requirements.
Do you cater to vegans?
Our vegan-friendly flavours include our various sorbets, and the Ondeh Ondeh flavour. You may approach the staff if you have further questions and concerns.
I have an allergy. Can I still enjoy your ice cream?
Our sorbets are dairy-free. Some flavours contain egg or nuts.
Do approach our staff if you have specific dietary concerns. Please be advised that our products are produced in the same facility, and may have come in contact with nuts, milk, eggs and wheat.
